How to become a sponsor for:

Your qualified sponsorship of our convention allows us to continue providing a fun
 and enjoyable space for all fans of anime & Japanese culture across South 
Florida. Since our convention is a 501c3 organization,
that means your sponsorship is also tax deductible! (Check with your CPA or Tax 
Preparer for further details.)

 our convention.

Promotional Items:

Con Guide Sponsorship-

One full page color ad in our con guide for $125.00 

Badge Lanyard Sponsor-

Anime Iwai issues full color personalized and custom printed badges for all our attendees and vendors. They use year specific original artwork and are intended to be a collectible item.
Lanyards for these badges can be sponsored by first collaborating with our art department on a design that features both your graphics and Anime Iwai's, and then purchasing and having the printed lanyards delivered to us before registration. We expect to issue 1,200 to 1,500 badges this year.

 

Convention Sponsorship Levels:

Kouhai - $250

This sponsorship level gives your business naming rights for one room of your choice, a table in front of the room to showcase your business (Not for sales), Two weekend passes for the convention, mentions in the program guide, and a logo on our website

 ex. rooms available include: Panel rooms, special events, gaming rooms and etc.

 

Sempai:  $500.00  and/or merchandise (up to 50% retail value of items given)

This sponsorship level gives your business naming rights for one room of your choice, four weekend passes for the convention, a table in front of the room to showcase your business (Not for sales), mentions in the program guide, and a logo on our website

ex. rooms available include: Main Events, Exhibit hall, Pool Lounge and etc.

 

Sensei: Con-wide Sponsor - $1,000.00

This sponsorship level includes a table & banner space in a high traffic area of the convention, an opportunity to speak during the opening ceremonies, Four
 VIP level weekend passes, posts on our social media pages before, during and
after the convention, your logo on the screens in the main events and your logo and
name included in our 4x6 flyer promotions that are handed out at cons and events throughout South Florida.

 

Super Saiyan: Title Sponsor - $10,000

This sponsorship level includes six VIP weekend passes, one room in the hotel 
for the weekend, naming rights for the convention (Our Con Presented By: Your
 Name Here), a table & banner space in a high traffic area, speaking during 
opening and closing ceremonies, lunch with con staff & promotions on all of our
 social media channels & other promotional items.
